The end of another school year is upon us and with it comes the excitement of graduations.  From precious young ones graduating from Preschool to high school students preparing for college life, to college graduates embarking on their career, it's  time for celebration and new beginnings.

 

I would like to congratulate the graduates of CFC's Los Ninos Early Childhood Montessori Program and GED Program.  I am proud of the efforts you made over the last year and join in commending your achievements. May the future hold endless possibilities for you and may you feel compelled to use your education and skills to makes a positive impact on the world.

Houston Texans Give Back to the Community

Texans Care Volunteer Day 2016

 

Houston Texans, their awesome fans and special volunteers from Fitness Connection in collaboration with United Way of Greater Houston supported Community Family Centers and Los Niños Early Childhood  Montessori Program by donating their time on Saturday, May 21 to give our outside nature-scape a makeover.  Projects included waterproofing and staining our pergola, tables and benches, resoiling and planting new flowers in the flower boxes, cleaning and replacing sand in sand box and trimming all plants and weeds.

 

 

 


Congrats, Donovan Garza

CFC Volunteer Awarded Scholarship

 

 

Congratulations to one of our amazing volunteers, Donovan Seth Garza, on his graduation from St. Pius X High School.  Donovan was awarded the Felix Hintemeyer Catholic scholarship and will be attending and playing baseball at Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina this Fall.  We are proud of his accomplishments and wish him continued success!
